Malaysia’s first locally grown vanilla bean, cultivated right here in Batang Kali, Selangor. Each pod is hand-pollinated, carefully cured, and slow-dried to develop the rich, warm, and deeply aromatic flavor that only real vanilla can offer  free from the artificial sweetness of synthetic vanilla extract.

Each pod is about 16 – 17 cm long and looks a bit like a wrinkled, skinny green bean before it’s cured and dried, at which point it turns dark brown to almost black and develops a soft, slightly oily, leathery texture.
